ROOM RESERVATION FORM
This is for members/regular attendees with the intent of church sponsored events (e.g.: Bible Studies, Fellowships, etc.). Please fill out this form if you want to use a room for Bible Study, Group gatherings, Women's gatherings or something else that is church related or you are a part of this church and you want to do something here that doesn't have to do with another organization. If you are not sure if approved by the church, please contact one of the elders or the pastor. This form is just so the room you request is not rented out to another group who is paying for it. If you need other items from other areas, please make sure those are available and not requested by another group. if you move something, please RETURN it to its original location.
You are responsible for clean up after using the area (mopping, vacuuming, taking out garbage, etc.). The vacuum is located the women's bathroom behind the door in the closet. The dumpster is located out the single door in the Fellowship Hall. We use Norwex products, at this time. The yellow is a dry mop (sweep) with broom and dust pan in the storage room off the Fellowship Hall. The blue or tan mop is the one you get wet and mop the floor with.
